Welcome to Receiptracker

Receiptracker is the internal expense tracking and receipt management system exclusively for the employees of Sandia Developments.

This system allows our field team to submit physical receipts via MMS directly to our accounting ledger for job costing and reimbursement. Employees simply text a photo of their hardware or materials receipt, and our system confirms the entry via SMS.

How to Use the System

If you are an active employee, your phone number is provisioned during your onboarding process. To log an expense:

Take a clear photo of your physical receipt (e.g., from Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.).
Send the photo via MMS to the designated Sandia Developments tracking number.
Wait for an SMS confirmation (e.g., "Receipt logged: $45.50 assigned to the Westside Project").
If prompted by the system, reply with clarification (e.g., separating cost codes or assigning a Job Name).

Note: This service is for internal employee use only. We do not offer this service to the general public or external contractors.

Employee Opt-In Process

Notice to Employees & Auditors: Sandia Developments does not collect phone numbers or SMS opt-ins via a public web form.

All participation in the Receiptracker SMS program is strictly internal. The opt-in process occurs exclusively during the official employee onboarding and orientation process via our internal Human Resources portal. Employees must explicitly consent to receive SMS messages for internal communications and expense tracking before their number is provisioned in this system.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment.

SMS Terms of Service

By participating in the Sandia Developments Receiptracker program, you agree to the following terms:

Program Description: The Sandia Developments Receiptracker sends automated SMS responses confirming receipt uploads and requesting clarification on expense coding.
Message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency varies based on how many receipts you submit.
Opt-Out: You may opt-out of the text messaging service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After doing so, you will receive one final confirmation message.
Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy Policy

Sandia Developments respects your privacy. This internal tool is used strictly for operational accounting purposes.

Data Collection: We collect your phone number during onboarding strictly to associate your submitted receipts with your employee file for reimbursement and job costing.
Data Security: Receipt images and transaction data are stored securely within our internal accounting ledger.
MANDATORY NON-SHARING CLAUSE: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
