Internal Employee Expense Tracking
Receiptracker is the internal expense tracking and receipt management system exclusively for the employees of Sandia Developments.
This system allows our field team to submit physical receipts via MMS directly to our accounting ledger for job costing and reimbursement. Employees simply text a photo of their hardware or materials receipt, and our system confirms the entry via SMS.

Notice to Employees & Auditors: Sandia Developments does not collect phone numbers or SMS opt-ins via a public web form.
All participation in the Receiptracker SMS program is strictly internal. The opt-in process occurs exclusively during the official employee onboarding and orientation process via our internal Human Resources portal. Employees must explicitly consent to receive SMS messages for internal communications and expense tracking before their number is provisioned in this system.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment.
