Welcome to Receiptracker

Receiptracker is the internal expense tracking and receipt management system exclusively for the employees of Sandia Developments.

This system allows our field team to submit physical receipts via MMS directly to our accounting ledger for job costing and reimbursement. Employees simply text a photo of their hardware or materials receipt, and our system confirms the entry via SMS.

How to Use the System

If you are an active employee, your phone number is provisioned during your onboarding process. To log an expense:

  1. Take a clear photo of your physical receipt (e.g., from Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.).
  2. Send the photo via MMS to the designated Sandia Developments tracking number.
  3. Wait for an SMS confirmation (e.g., "Receipt logged: $45.50 assigned to the Westside Project").
  4. If prompted by the system, reply with clarification (e.g., separating cost codes or assigning a Job Name).

Note: This service is for internal employee use only. We do not offer this service to the general public or external contractors.
